Cancellation Policy:

For bookings made using the Flexible policy, cancellation is free of charge up to 4 pm on the day prior to arrival.

Bookings made on advance purchase discount rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in/out:
Check-in time is from 14:00 ( unless by previous arrangement )
Check out time is before 11.00 noon.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children and families are welcome at this family-friendly hotel
Family rooms are available. Cots and high chairs are available. Charges may apply to extra beds in rooms.

Credit and debit cards:
The hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards. Diners Club and Solo cards are not accepted.

Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in bedrooms then a full day’s charge will automatically be made.

Check-in and Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes:
14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet:
Complimentary Wi-fi is available at reception.

Meal Plan:
The venue offers meals 

Parking:
Private guest car parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets:

The hotel operates a no pet policy, however, guide dogs are welcome.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building. There is a large patio area at the front of the Lodge, where smoking is permitted.
